Roasted on Tuesdays, in your cup by Thursday

We roast every bean we serve on a 12 kilo drum roaster in the back of the shop. Small batches, cupped and tasted before anything goes on the bar. If it is not right, it does not leave the building.

We buy from sixteen farms and co-ops in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil, most of them relationships we have kept for years, and we pay well above commodity price for every lot.

I order ahead from the car on my way in from Grove City and my cortado is sitting on the shelf with my name on it every single time. The Ethiopia pour over is worth the four minute wait.

Best almond croissant in Columbus, and I have done the research. Get there before 9:30 or accept your fate. Staff remembers your order after about two visits.

We have the bean subscription and it has ruined grocery store coffee for us forever. The roast date on the bag is never more than a few days old. Hearth Blend in the French press every morning.

They catered coffee for our office of 40 with two carafes and a pastry box and it showed up hot, on time, with cups and everything. Booked them again for the holiday party.
